Welcome! I am a New York City based photographer with a focus in travel, nature, and commercial subjects. Most of my images feature landscapes (including cityscapes) or wildlife, and a significant subset of my portfolio was shot underwater. After Midnight showcases nighttime images, including astrophotography and photos of the moon. Cabinet of Curiosities is a collection of quirky and macabre subjects, abandoned places, and roadside oddities. I’m not sure what compels a person to get into the water with sharks and crocodiles, or to stand for hours on a bluff waiting for a lightning strike or to witness the rising Milky Way in the night sky. Why would someone drive twelve hours to photograph a vintage 1950s motel in the Mojave desert, or a covered bridge in the peak of autumn foliage? I think I’ll do a better job showing you rather than trying to explain.

I frequently am asked about photographic equipment and what gear I recommend. On a typical photoshoot I’ll pack 1-2 camera bodies, 2-3 lenses, a tripod, and a filter or two.
